My first experience with Para-Cycling was in 2007 during a Cofidis Training Camp. In that Time Cofidis Pro Cycling Team was supporting Para-Cyclist Laurent Thirionet.

After my end of contract with the Pro team, Laurent contacted me to coach him for his late Games London 2012.
As life is a surprise, we prepared carefully Road & Time Trial and Laurent gained the Bronze Medal in Pursuit.

End of 2013, I was contacted by Handbike rider Joel Jeannot to prepare Rio 2016.
Preparation went well with a great year in 2014 :World Cup Win and Road World Championship win.
Unfortunately in 2015, Joel suffered a terrible training accident that stopped his training for the rest of the season.
We re-started in August 2015 to go for last round to reach Rio Selection and why not a medal.
After a lot of effort (and lot of training analysis & training plans), Joel gained the Bronze in H4 Road !

These 2 experiences have completely changed my coaching life and helped me to gain a huge experience by transferring Pro Cycling Coaching to para-cycling with different levels of disability.

The 2 greatest memories of my coaching life : 2 medals in 2 Paralympic Games
